Renovations are great but maintenance could be more better.

Wish I lived somewhere else
Valet Trash is supposed to pick up our trash between 5 and 7 pm. I will put it out at 4:30pm and sometimes they won't pick ... it up. But then we get fined if we leave the trash cans outside overnight (because there is still trash in there from where Valet Trash didn't pick it up).
